However, many find themselves isolated in the "one-man-show," where pressure and lack of support can hinder fulfillment and growth. This is a reality that Lucien Roland KABORÉ, founder of Confluence LR, experienced firsthand.

[1987-1998] - The Encounter with Architecture

Lucien, a bright student, turned to architecture. This choice, initially by default, proved to be a gradual discovery, revealing an interest in listening to needs and communication between project stakeholders.

[2000-2015] - Success and Disillusionment 

His career took off as a partner heading an architectural and urban planning firm. He won prestigious competitions, established partnerships, and led major international projects. Outwardly, everything seemed successful. Yet, despite a team of over 15 people, he found himself trapped in a "one-man-show," bearing the weight of an unshared vision and unable to establish a true corporate culture. Recurring financial stresses clouded the picture, and balancing his professional, family, and social life became increasingly difficult. An inner void grew, masked by apparent successes that no longer nourished his deep sense of purpose.

[2014-2017] - The Quest for a New Beginning 

Aware of his lack of fulfillment, Lucien made a bold decision: to change his environment. His immigration to Quebec held personal, family, and professional hopes. However, the reality was filled with professional disillusionment, divorce, professional betrayal, and frustrations. The castle of apparent success collapsed. At the heart of this turbulent period, a fundamental question emerged forcefully: why do some works, like pyramids or cathedrals, endure through centuries, while so many companies struggle to survive their founders? Other questions followed: how to build an organization where the entrepreneur can thrive without being overwhelmed? How to reconcile professional success and life balance?

[2017-2020] - Reconstruction and Realignment 

These questions marked the beginning of deep introspection and personal reconstruction. Lucien discovered his own proactivity, defined his core values, and established a code of honor to guide his actions. He set out to transition from being a reader of others' stories to being the author of his own, with the firm intention of becoming fully himself.

[Since 2020] - The Emergence of the Success Architect 

Motivated by a quest for fulfillment and a desire to contribute, he embarked on a multidisciplinary exploration, drawing from project management, spirituality, sales, and analysis of his own successes and failures. It was through communication techniques that he was able to connect these different fields. In 2021, he launched ImmoSUCCES to offer project management services in Canada and Africa, a first step toward his current vision.

The year 2022 marked the birth of Confluence LR and the Success Architect approach. In seeking answers to his initial question about the sustainability of works, Lucien discovered the foundations of sustainable success, applicable to buildings, humans, and businesses alike.

Armed with this revelation, and his experience as a project manager, teacher, and certified NLP coach, he created Confluence LR with a clear mission: to help entrepreneurs and professionals build works—their businesses—that stand the test of time.
